Phase I of this three -phase project included complete interior renovations to the kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry room, foyer, formal living and dining rooms, bedrooms, and den.

Phase II focused on curb-appeal with the addition of a dramatic pillar and trellis entryway, and re-design of the garage and driveway.

Phase III is scheduled to begin in Winter '07 and will include enhancement of exterior living space on the side and rear of the home with the addition of a custom waterfall feature and outdoor kitchen area.

The total re-design of this 1970's home in Gilbert started with a new roof system and included the addition of 1400 sq. ft. of living space. A large family/rec room, new master suite, extra large laundry room, storage room, arts & crafts room, and oversized three-car garage were added. Plumbing, electric, and HVAC were 100% updated.
