Custom touches throughout included imported stone for the fireplace, and custom backsplash tiles in kitchen and baths. The entry door was replaced with a Cantera door, and bullnose corner bead drywall, knotty alder interior doors, and oiled bronze hardware were used throughout. Replaced all kitchen and bath cabinets and installed granite countertops with under-hung sinks in kitchen, baths and laundry room. |

New flooring included oversized travertine tile with unique matching travertine baseboards. Tubular skylights were added to provide natural light in interior bathrooms and a dark hallway. Extensive recessed lighting was added throughout. |

| Dramatic pillar and timber entryway was designed to enhance the Cantera door. Installed a new driveway with salt finish concrete and exposed aggregate ribbons. | |
