Our Team

Dan Hall

Dan started his 30-year career in high-end kitchen remodeling and became a Licensed General Contractor in Colorado in 1976. He has built his reputation on quality, reliability and affordability by completing hundreds of projects from custom bookshelves to complete home renovations. He completed many large projects in the Rocky Mountain resorts as well as the Denver metro area.

Dan brought his passion for providing honest value in quality home remodeling to Arizona and started Aspen Gold Renovations, Inc., in 2006. Licensed in Arizona, he has completed numerous projects – from $5,000 to over $500,000 – across the valley.

Jeff Barnett

Superintendent Jeff Barnett was raised in the Midwest and began his construction career working on Chicago’s exclusive Gold Coast Lake Front. Jeff is a carpenter by trade, and has nearly 20 years experience in construction and residential remodeling. He studied project management at the University of Phoenix before joining Aspen Gold in 2006. Jeff’s values and work ethic parallel Aspen Gold’s philosophy of integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

During his spare time, Jeff plays in an organized softball league and is an avid golfer.

Morgan Hall

As co-owner and business manager, Morgan handles the day-to-day business and financial operations for the company. She and Dan stay busy with their 13 year old daughter, Bailey. They have two dogs – Daisy, a Welsh Springer Spaniel, and Stella, a Miniature Doberman Pincer.

Aspen Gold also employs several part-time independent contractors who specialize in custom framing. In addition, we have excellent relationships with some of the top specialty tradesmen in the industry for every conceivable phase of residential remodeling including architectural and interior design; engineering; excavation, foundation, and flat-work; masonry; plumbing; electrical; HVAC; all types of roofing; insulation; drywall; custom cabinetry and woodwork; granite, tile, and flooring specialists; painting; audio-visual experts; swimming pool installations and renovations, etc.
